Refund Policy — WaveBand Audio

At WaveBand Audio, your satisfaction matters to us. We work hard to ensure every product meets high quality standards. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final (Without Warranty)

All purchases made through WaveBand Audio are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless you purchased the optional 30-Day Warranty Add-On at checkout.

If you did not purchase the warranty, the order is considered final once it is placed.


2. 30-Day Warranty — What It Covers

Only customers who purchased the 30-Day Warranty are eligible for a refund or replacement.
The warranty covers the following:

  • Defective or malfunctioning product

  • Product that arrives damaged

  • Product that stops working during normal use within 30 days

  • Product that is significantly different from the description

If your warranty claim is approved, you may receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on the issue.


3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Even with the 30-Day Warranty, the following issues are not eligible:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-based reasons (e.g., didn’t like the color)

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Wear and tear from normal use

  • Issues reported after 30 days


4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you purchased the warranty and need assistance, contact our support team with the following:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Photo or video of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our support team will respond within 48–72 hours.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Warranty-approved replacements are shipped at no additional cost.

  • Refunds (when approved) are processed back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
We do not offer cancellations for any order that does not include the 30-Day Warranty.


7. Policy Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy, including the “all sales are final” condition for customers who do not select the 30-Day Warranty.
